Omakase · New York
Twelve seats. One counter. A seasonal journey guided by the day's catch — no menu, no rush, just the craft.
Our Philosophy
At Koi Omakase, we believe the finest dining experiences are built on restraint. Every fish arrives with a story — where it was caught, how it was aged, what the season asks of it. Our role is not to decorate, but to reveal.
The counter seats twelve. There is no printed menu because the ocean does not publish one. Each course follows the last in a sequence designed by taste, texture, and tempo — building toward a meal that feels inevitable in hindsight.
We work directly with fishermen and distributors who share our patience. The result is a table where nothing is hurried, and everything is considered.
The Experience
十八-course progression guided entirely by the day's arrival. Rice temperature, fish selection, and pacing are all determined at the counter — you simply arrive and let the evening unfold.
A shorter twelve-course selection that highlights the season's most distinctive offerings. Ideal for a first visit or a focused evening without the full commitment.
Reserve the entire counter for an intimate gathering. A bespoke menu is crafted for your group, with wine pairing and special requests accommodated in advance.
